Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
After approval, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or UPI ID.
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
